Most recently as a Service Expert at TRUMPF, I ran the whole dev-tooling stack — Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, Copilot, Jira, Elastic, Figma, JFrog — and made sure it just worked. Right now I'm pursuing an MBA at Munich Business School, adding the business lens to the engineering one.

Designed enterprise Copilot governance: non-usage license termination, and cost center billing automation — mapping user department IDs to cost centers for enterprise financial planning.
Identified root cause of blocked CI/CD queues: stale Azure DevOps agents occupying parallel job slots. Built real-time monitoring and remediation. Led training on efficient pipeline design and best practices.
Administered across the full developer tooling stack: Azure DevOps(pipelines), Gitlab(repo), GitHub Copilot(AI assisted coding), and JFrog Artifactory(artifact management). Owned RCA, incident response, capacity planning, and governance for all platforms.

Managed 200+ cloud-based service offerings across 10 environments (Dev, AT, PROD, Retail, Payments) — each supporting thousands of microservices — for a $450 Billion retail client, operating across multiple cloud environments.
Architected and built the end-to-end data processing cloud environment for a $150 Billion EU-based Medicare/Medicaid enterprise — owning the full pipeline from ingestion through processing to delivery across the platform.
Spearheaded Terraform + GitHub Actions pipelines to automate provisioning and full lifecycle management of cloud environments across Dev, AT, Prod, and Retail.
